Has your client suffered an injury on the road, at work or at a medical institution?
Do you need expert psychology advice to help you with litigating a case?
We are here to provide assessments and reports that will support you in your legal case.

Marina offers objective assessments for court cases, RAF claims, Personal Injury claims and Medical Negligence claims.
Marina has years of experience providing expert opinions and evaluations to support medico-legal claims. Marina has compiled several neuropsychological and clinical psychological reports in civil matters within the medico-legal context. She does this by ascertaining whether the client has sustained clinical or neuropsychological sequelae as a result of the incident in question, how these residual symptoms can impact their current and future functioning.
In cases where the injured party has not yet fully recovered, she may recommend further medical investigations or treatment.

Medico-legal report
After your clients’ consultation with Marina, she will write a report about the clients’ mental health and the impact of these experiences.
Our reports, like all medico-legal reports, are written in a particular way and follow international standards and rules established by South African courts. The reports are as objective as possible, honest and impartial. The reports also consider that there could be other causes for your client’s health problems and report about how likely these other causes are.
Medico-legal Services we offer
If your client sustained personal injuries due to the fault of somebody else, such as their workplace, or a medical institution, we can assist with their personal injury claim. We offer Medical-legal consultations, assessment and report writing for the following:

Road accident fund claims

Personal injury claims

Medical negligence claims

How to Book a Medico-legal evaluation
As a legal representative, you will need to email the request for a medico-legal assessment to Marina. The request must provide a summary of the case and comments on the reason for referral, as well as any specific areas requiring medico-legal evaluation. Marina will then respond with an estimated quotation for the assessment based on the aim of the assessment.
Once the quotation has been accepted and signed, consultation dates will be scheduled. Thereafter, you will need to forward all collateral documentation related to the case, for example, previous reports compiled by professionals for medico-legal purposes and hospital records of injuries sustained in an accident.
